A native of San Luis, Sonora, Mexico, his art showcases both world-class skill and a Latino immigrant perspective. This week, PHN is highlighting Hispanic Business Entrepreneurs and Phoenix Public Library’s hive@Central. hive@Central has programs and services, in English and Spanish, targeted to small business and entrepreneurial startup’s. Listeners will hear from program creators that offered programs such as “So you want to own your own food truck,” or “So you want to own your own coffee shop.”
This week, PHN is highlighting Hispanic local small business PHX Grind Coffee. Our very own PHN Board of Directors Sonya Blanco and Bettina Gamez met with business owner David Vasquez. David shares his story of opening his coffee truck during the pandemic and how his Hispanic culture plays a major role in how he operates his business.
